Documentarian of "Deadliest Man Alive" defending himself from the "Black Dragon Fighting Society"

So-called "Austin Mayor" says:

Floyd Webb is making a documentary about Count Dante, a notorious martial arts legend and icon of 1960s comic book ads: "Now... the world's DEADLIEST FIGHTING SECRETS can be yours.. FREE".

But William Aguiar III of the Fall River Black Dragon Fighting Society has filed a federal lawsuit claiming that the documentary's website (thesearchforcountdante.com) infringes on his copyrights.

Fortunately, the Stanford University’s Fair Use Project, Grand Master Lawrence Lessig's copyright dojo, has the film-maker's back.
