The Bluetooth vibrating bracelet solves the problem of having your phone buried in a pocket or bag by giving your wrist a buzz when your phone rings. About half the people I call regularly miss most of their calls because they don't hear or feel the ringer. Short of wellying up the vibrator, this is the kind of thing that will solve the problem.
